Kevin McTarsney CEO
A subject matter expert in computer security and public key cryptography implementation, he has also designed, engineered, and operated both fixed plant and ad hoc remote networks that securely served tens of thousands of users. His other experience includes security policy development; system integration/implementation and management; information system certification and accreditation; vulnerability assessments and remediation; and security architecture engineering and management.
A graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and the University of Maryland, University College with a Master of Science in Computer Systems Management.
Mr. McTarsney also served as Adjunct Professor of Information Security at Capitol College’s Graduate School of Computer Science where he developed curriculum on computer security and modern operating systems.
Joseph Seitzer CTO
With over twelve years of experience and a wide knowledge base, Mr. Seitzer has led teams of consultants in engineering, deploying, and maintaining a wide range of security solutions for various network environments.
Mr. Seitzer’s experience includes a significant amount of internal and external controlled penetration testing for multiple government and commercial clients. He also has been deeply involved in development of enterprise Public Key Infrastructures, Identity and Access Management systems and supporting security technologies for Government and Fortune 500 clients.
