Executive Team

Kevin McTarsney
CEO/President

A graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and the University of Maryland, University College with a Master of Science in Computer Systems Management, Mr. McTarsney has over nineteen years experience with computers, networks, and security including classified Department of Defense information systems. His education is rounded out with relevant Marine Corps schools and a Masters Level Executive Certificate from the University of Maryland’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) University.  A subject matter expert in computer security and public key cryptography implementation, he has also designed, engineered, and maintained both fixed plant and ad hoc remote networks that securely served tens of thousands of users. His other experience includes security policy development, implementation, and management; information system certification and accreditation; vulnerability assessments and remediation; and security architecture engineering and management.  Mr. McTarsney also served as Adjunct Professor of Information Security at Capitol College’s Graduate School of Computer Science where he developed curriculum on computer security and modern operating systems.

Joseph Seitzer
CTO/Vice President

With over ten years of experience and a wide knowledge base, Mr. Seitzer led teams of consultants in engineering, deploying, and maintaining a wide range of security solutions for various network environments.  Mr. Seitzer’s experience includes a significant amount of internal and external controlled penetration testing for multiple government clients identifying "root" level access compromises. His consulting services in this area include immediate training of target administrators to remediate vulnerabilities and educate them on industry best practices to avoid exposure. Mr. Seitzer uses his real world security experience to develop relevant network security tools, and has participated in a Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA)-funded development contract to provide an automated analysis and response security tool that will integrate disparate network security applications and provide an automated and appropriate response to verified threats.  He also has been deeply involved in development of Public Key Infrastructures and supporting security technologies for government clients. This includes certificate policies, the foundation of a PKI, and the requisite technology to support that policy for large clients including the United States Marine Corps and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
